Eveleyn De Jesus

Evelyn De Jesus, 70, of Peace Dale, died Tuesday, surrounded by her family. Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Mildred (Tanner) Reed. Mrs. De Jesus had been previously employed at the Scallop Shell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She is survived by three sisters, Patricia Morales of Peace Dale, Dorothy Olsen of Hopkinton and Mary Jane Matlock of Arkansas; as well as many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 PM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield. Burial will be private.
