Eugene N. Malgieri, Jr.

Eugene N. Malgieri, Jr., 88, of Narragansett, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014. He was the husband of the late Fayette (Hermann) Malgieri. Born in Fall River, MA, a son of the late Eugene N. Malgieri, Sr. and Agnes C. (Manning) Malgieri. Mr. Malgieri was a customer service representative for Wells Fargo Bank for many years before retiring. He was also a WWII Navy Veteran and spent most of his married life in Phoenix, AZ. He is survived by his sister, Madonna R. Joy of Wakefield; his brother, George V. Malgieri and his wife Millie of Narragansett; his niece, Michele Joy of Phoenix, AZ and two nephews, Christopher Joy of North Kingstown and Thomas E. Joy of Tiverton. A Mass of Christian of Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at 10 am in St. Thomas More Church, Rockland St., Narragansett. Burial with military honors will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
