Elizabeth M. Betty Nolan

Elizabeth "Betty" M. Nolan, 74, of Wakefield, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, April 6th. She was the wife of Robert Nolan for 51 years. Born Providence, she was a daughter of the late John and Ethel (Moses) Young. Mrs. Nolan was the former Director of the Tetreault Senior Center and she served in the US Air Force. Besides her husband she is survived by three children; Barbara (Nolan) Hays, Michael Nolan and Daniel Nolan, all of South Kingstown; six grandchildren; and a sister Shirley Young of California. She was the sister of the late John Young, Jr. and Joan McCartin. Visiting hours will be at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Monday from 5-7 PM followed by a funeral service at 7 PM. Burial will be private.
