Elisabeth Maria Lawrence

Elisabeth Maria Lawrence, 86, of Narragansett passed away Saturday July 25, 2015. She was the beloved wife of Henry Tucker Lawrence Jr. for 60 years. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Johan Friedrich and Elisabetta Marie (Rohmann) Kapp. Mrs. Lawrence enjoyed many day trips with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She was the loving mother of Brigitte Ashley, Ellen Betty Zannini, and Joanne Dorothy Lawrence; loving grandmother of Christopher Donald Ashley, Clifton Frederick Ashley, Christine Michelle Schneider, Christopher Michael Zannini, and Matthew Paul Zannini. She also leaves twelve great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter. She was the sister of Gisela Cooper and the late Helma Steffes, Heinze Kapp, and Erich Kapp. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Avery Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield. Burial will be private.
