Edward F. Trimble

Edward F. Trimble, 73, of Spruce Avenue, died Sunday. He was the beloved husband of the late Carolyn (Macomber) Trimble Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Walter and Marion (Sullivan) Trimble. He graduated from URI with a Civil Engineering degree. Mr. Trimble was employed by EG&G as a Civil Engineer, eventually becoming Vice-President of Sales. He was a member of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Narragansett. He is survived by two children, John Trimble of Port Chester, NY and Stacey Trimble of Narragansett; a brother, Richard Trimble of Smithfield; and four grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Walter Trimble. The funeral will be 8:45 AM Thursday from the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 864 Pt. Judith Road, Narragansett. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are Wednesday 4-7 PM.
