Edward L. Parr, Jr.

Edward L. Parr, Jr., 95, of Barrington, passed away Sunday, April 1st. He was the beloved husband of the late Lillian R. (Burdick) Parr. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Edward L., Sr. and Madeline (Layfield) Parr. He was a member of the St. Andrews Lodge # 34 AF & AM. He is survived by four children, Edward L. Parr, III of Delray Beach, FL, Lawrence T. Parr of North Kingstown, Thomas J. Parr of East Providence, and Debra Whitehead of Kingston; a grandson, Alexander Whitehead and a great-grandson, Damian Whitehead, both of Charleston, SC. Funeral service will be private and burial will take place in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
