Edith Mary Boisclair

Edith Mary Boisclair, of Wakefield, 99, passed away Sunday. Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Napoleon and Elizabeth (Roy) Boisclair. Miss. Boisclair was employed at the University of Rhode Island for 20 years retiring in 1979. She enjoyed painting landscapes. She is survived by a nephew, Paul Costanza of Wakefield, and nieces, Paulette Benson of Wakefield, Marion Costanza of New Jersey, Elizabeth Schran of Maine, Anita Boisclair of West Kingston, and Rita Ford of Wakefield. She was the sister of the late Laura Webb, Sister Germaine Boisclair, S.G.M., Anita Boisclair, Regina Nelson, Larraine Lariviere, Mary Jane Costanza, Louis, Joseph, Leo, and Henry Boisclair. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am Friday in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High Street, Wakefield. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
