Dorothy Fay Robinson

Dorothy Fay Robinson “Autumn Wind dancing Through The Trees”, 78, formerly of South County, died Thursday at Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of Arthur B. Robinson Sr. Born in Westerly, she was the daughter of the late Elmer J. and Corinne E. (Boyd) Northup. Mrs. Robinson was a member of the Narragansett Indian Tribe. She was the mother of Arthur B. Robinson Jr., Eric E. Robinson, Jaymie Robinson, Dean A. Robinson, Jody A. Robinson, Kimberly D. Robinson, Gwendolyn F. Robinson and Desiree Abrahams all of Providence, Donnie Robinson of MA, and Olison L. Best of CT; sister of Corinne Eleazer of NY; grandmother of 38; great grandmother of 25 and great-great grandmother of 1. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 AM in the Narragansett Indian Church,Old Mill Rd. Charlestown. Burial will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.Visiting hours will be held Saturday & Sunday 5-7 PM. Donations to Nuweetooun School, 390 Summit Rd., Exeter, RI 02822.
