Doris A. Richiell, 68, of South Kingstown, RI, died peacefully at home on December 1st. She was the beloved wife of Peter F. Richiell. Born in Malden, MA, she was a daughter of the late Allen and Marion (Spracklin) George. Mrs. Richiell was a secretary for Allied Container, Dedham, MA and Union Camp, Newtown, CT. After retiring she became church secretary for the First Congregational Church, Bethel, CT. She enjoyed the Tuesday Morning Senior Bowling League in Wakefield, RI Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Linda Leach and her husband Leigh of New Milford, CT, Nancy Richiell of Brookfield, CT, Donna Richiell-Fernadez and her husband Clyde of Bridgewater, Ct, six grandchildren, Rebecca Shafton and her husband Brad, Gary Leach and his wife Jamie, Jenna Leach, Megan Leach, Eric Long and Heather Long, two great grandchildren, Liliana Shafton and Emma Rose Leach, a brother, Allen George of Bridgewater, MA, and four sisters, Nancy Cole of Stoughton, MA, Edith Evangilista of Randolph, MA, Marion Smith of Ft. Hamilton, FL and Patricia Hale of Morrisville, PA. Visiting hours are Saturday from 11 – 12 PM at the AVERY-STORTI Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, RI., followed by a memorial service at 12 PM.
