Doris K. Leete

Doris K. Leete, 84, of Silver Lake Ave, Wakefield, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012. She was the beloved wife of William W. Leete. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Arthur H. and Irene W. (Washburn) Knight. Mrs. Leete taught nursery school in Trenton, New Haven, and Honolulu, HI. She volunteered for many years at the library at Wakefield School and enjoyed doll collecting and writing poetry. Besides her husband she leaves her daughters, Amy Leete MacDonald and her husband Tom of Vienna, VA and Robin Ellen Schodt and her husband Randy of Monaca, PA; a sister, Ruth Lois Kite of NH and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Peace Dale Congregational Church, 261 Columbia St., Peace Dale. Memorial donations may be made to The Seeing Eye, P.O.
