Donna M. Corbin

Donna M. Corbin, 63, of Westerly, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday March 25, 2016. Born in Westerly, she was the eldest daughter of Marcia E. (Woodward) Mills of Westerly and Donald M. Mills of Cocoa, FL. Donna worked for many years as a pipefitter at Electric Boat, where she reunited with her longtime true love, William A. Corbin of Ashaway. Later she worked as a CNA and home health aide, a career which she loved, but her true passion in life was the time she spent with her family. In addition to her parents she is survived by her three children; Tanya P. Deus of Westerly, Allison M. Waterman of Hope Valley and Gary L. Jackson, Jr. and his wife Liz of West Warwick; sisters Carolyn A. Sposato of North Stonington, CT. and her husband Steve, Sandra M. Crandall of Westerly and her husband Doug and brother Wayne M. Mills and his wife Cindy of Wakefield; four grandchildren; Brittany, Kyle, Jenna, and Amanda; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her beloved dog Patty. A Celebration of her life will be held April 4, 2016 at Perryville Bible Church 12pm. Burial will be at the First Hopkinton Cemetery in Ashaway immediately following.
