Donald William Burgess

Donald Burgess, 70 of Kingston, died Saturday, January 1. Born in Port Chester, NY he was a son of Donald F. and Elise A. (Butler) Burgess, of Kingston. Mr. Burgess was raised in Connecticut and returned to Rhode Island 18 months ago, to help care for his parents. He is a peacetime veteran of the United States Navy. Besides his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Shawn Dalessandro of Naples, FL; a brother, Douglas Burgess of Kingston; and two grandchildren. A funeral service will be 11 AM Wednesday, January 5th in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home. Burial will be in Little Neck Cemetery, Riverside.
