Donald H. Perkins

Donald H. Perkins, 82, of Hope Valley, died Wednesday November 23, 2011 at South County Hospital. He was the son of the late Donald H. Perkins Sr. and Gladys M. (Hutchins) Perkins. Mr. Perkins was an airplane engine mechanic in the US Air Force during W.W. II. He worked as a delivery man for Grossman’s Lumber and also did carpentry work. He was a HAM Radio operator, enjoyed building radios and electric trains. He leaves his sister, Gertrude (Perkins) Anderson-Grinnell of North Kingstown; nieces and a nephew Sandra L. Anderson, Donald F. Anderson, Susan R. Forman and Kim L. Anderson. Services will be private.
