Dolores Marie Martini

Dolores Maria (Gizzarelli) Martini, 78, formerly of Narragansett, RI passed away peacefully at home in Glen Lakes, FL, on Friday, October 10, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Robert C. Martini for 57 years. Dolores worked at Sweenor’s Chocolates for the last fifteen years. She was the rock of her family and spent all of her life loving and caring for them while spreading laughter and joy amongst everyone she knew. She was adored by everyone who knew her. Her unending strength and the sacrifices she made for her family demonstrated how wonderfully committed she was to them. Besides her husband she is survived by her beloved children, David A. Martini and Robert J. Martini both of Spring Hill, FL; her grandsons, Michael and Robby Martini; her sisters, Camille J. Martini and Janet Santos; devoted nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, October 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland St., Narragansett. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will be Sunday, October 19, 2014 from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
