Diane D. Geaber

Diane D. Geaber, 55, of South Rd., Kingston, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday June 28th. She was the beloved wife of John J. Geaber. Born in Germany, she was the daughter of Charles and Ruth (Gee) King of Wakefield. Diane was a manager for Nationalgrid for over thirty years. She was a 1971 graduate of South Kingstown High School and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Home Economics and Nutrition. She was involved in youth ministry for over thirty years and was a member of Christ Church in East Greenwich. Diane was also a 2nd degree black belt at Ichiban Karate. Besides her husband and parents she leaves a son Brett J. Geaber of Kingston and a brother Steven C. King and his wife Wanda of Wakefield. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday 4-7 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. A service of celebration for her life will be held Friday July 17th at 7:00 PM in Christ Church, 1025 Main St., East Greenwich. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Christ Church, for youth ministry.
