Dennis A. Capalbo

Dennis A. Capalbo, 66, of Wakefield passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013. Born in South Kingstown, a son of the late Domenic F. Capalbo, Sr. and Lena (Salerno) Capalbo. Mr. Capalbo was an athletic department employee at the University of Rhode Island for 18 years, a teller at the Lincoln Dog Track and was the proprietor of Devine Catering Service. He is survived by his brother, Domenic F. Capalbo, Jr. and his wife Aileen of Wakefield; his sister, Joyce L. Shiels and her husband Robert of Wakefield; four nephews; a niece and four grandnieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High St., Wakefield. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-7 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
