Denise Cheryl Duffy

Denise Cheryl Duffy, 56, of Narragansett, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022. Born in South Portland, ME, she was the daughter of the late Patrick Thomas and Carole Jean (Rafferty) Duffy. Denise graduated Narragansett High School in 1983 and was the second in her class. There, she enjoyed being an athlete on the volleyball and softball teams. Denise worked for Kingston Pizza for 25+ years and made many connections and friendships along the way. In her spare time, Denise loved to read, garden, cook, and watch Jeopardy. Denise was very understanding, sympathetic, and had a generous heart. She opened her home to many. Denise is survived by her daughter Caitlin Duffy; her brothers Mark and Peter Duffy; three nephews; and her four cats Simba, Patches, Phoebe, and Pop. She was like a second mother to Laine, Samantha, and Faith. She also leaves her best friends Lisa Sherman and Lauren Davis; as well as her long time friend Sam Sciabarrasi. She will be missed by her Kingston Pizza and Bobby G’s families. Services are respectfully omitted.
