Daniel Lawton Grist

GRIST, Daniel Lawton, 63, of Port Orange, FL and Bel Air, MD, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL. Born in Providence, the beloved son of Harold Lawton Grist and Edith Erickson Grist of Wakefield. He is also survived by his wife of 31 years, Sharon J. Grist; a son , Mason; a daughter, Ashlynne and a sister, Paula J. Grist. He spent his early years in Barrington, RI; graduated from Dulaney High School and then attended Towson College in Maryland. A celebration of life with prayers was held on July 8, 2017, in Spring Grove, PA. Interment in Rhode Island will be private.
