Cora Ellen Richmond

Cora E Richmond (Carr), 91, of Charlestown, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. She was the wife of the late Harold F. Richmond. Born in South Kingstown, the daughter of the late Orin and Lillian (Rose) Carr. She was a school bus monitor for the Chariho School system for many years before retiring. She was loved by her family and many friends. She is survived by her children, Elmer Carr and his wife Sharon, Thomas Carr, Mary Whitford and her husband Joseph, Linda Matteson and her husband Walter, Barbara Boone and her husband Dean, Theresa Greene and her husband Edward, Gloria Krul and her husband Michael, and Dorothy Bentley and her husband Jonathan, son in-law Rex Blaisdell; step-daughter Sue Carr and her brother George Carr. She also leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her daughters Ethel Blaisdell and Lois Richmond and step-children Donald Richmond and Mary Lee Rose. Her funeral services will be private.
