Clinton Potter, Sr.

Clinton (Clint) H. Potter, Sr, of Wakefield, passed away at the age of 80 on Monday, October 16, 2023, at South County Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Jane (Champlin) Potter for 56 years.

He was born July 14, 1943, he was the son of Florence Potter (Hazard) and the late Aldred H. Potter.

Clint was a union construction laborer for thirty years before retiring in 2004. He was an avid reader, loved planting his garden each summer, and enjoyed watching football.

Besides his wife he leaves behind his three sisters Cahterine Walmsley, Sylvia Tamakloe, and Diane Potter Moffett, and the late Alfred, Gloria and Timothy Potter; two sons, Clinton Jr. and Kyle; and four grandchildren; Todielle, Cheyauna, Leah, and Teagan.

Funeral services will be private.
