Claudette L. Madison

Claudette L. (LaPlante) Madison, 70, a retired collection specialist, of Las Vegas, formerly of Wakefield, passed away Jan. 7, 2012. She was born Jan. 5, 1942, in Central Falls, R.I. She retired from Capital One Bank as a collection specialist. She was a member of the Las Vegas Breakfasters Lions Club and the Red Hat Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Ora (Poitier) LaPlante; and her brother, Robert LaPlante. She is survived by her husband, Roy A. Madison; a son, Robert Dompkowski, two grandchildren, Jake and Derek Dompkowski; two great-grandchildren, all of Camp Verde, Ariz.; and a sister, Jeannine Holland, of Las Vegas. A memorial service will be held Saturday May 26, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
