Claire A. Conte

Claire A. Conte (Beauregard) 69, of South Kingstown, R.I. died peacefully on December 18, 2014 at her home in North Port, Fla. She was the beloved wife of Robert C. Conte. They had recently celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary. Born in Woonsocket, R.I. she was the daughter of the late Roldolphe and Doris (Cote) Beauregard. She was the loving mother of Dr. Robert A. Conte and his wife Julie of South Kingstown, R.I. and Christopher J. Conte and his wife Christine of North Port, FL. She was the proud Nana of her four cherished grandchildren, Steven, Amy, Jack, and Jason. She was the sister of Jerry Beauregard of North Port, FL, Lucille Biron, of Bellingham, MA, Marcel Beauregard and Denise Benoit, of Woonsocket, RI, and the late Leah Beauregard. Claire's greatest enjoyment came from days at the beach, cruise vacations, and spending time with her family, friends and especially her four grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all and will always remain in our hearts. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 9 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 128 High St. Wakefield, RI. Burial will follow at St. Jean D' Baptiste Cemetery, 314 Wrentham Road, Bellingham, MA.
