Christine Ann Barber Gould

Christine Ann (Barber) Gould, 51, of Richmond, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2019. She was the beloved wife of Brent R. Gould of 17 years. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of Linda (Boss) Tefft of Wakefield and the late Roy Barber. Christine spent most of her years caring for others in the healthcare industry. She cherished spending time with her grandson Gavin. Chris loved tending to her garden and taking long walks in the woods along her favorite path with her dog Roxie. Besides her husband she is survived by her daughters, Jacquelyn Burnham and Mike Burnham of West Warwick, and Ashley Redinger and her husband Josh of Cranston; her step-sons, Keeghan Gould of Narragansett and Devin Gould of Providence; her sisters, Tracey Barber of Wakefield and Melissa Barber of California; her brother, Kevin Barber of Wakefield; her step-brothers, Stephen Tefft of Florida and Robert Tefft of Richmond; her step-sister, Sheila Tefft of Florida; her grandson Gavin Burnham and her nieces, nephew, and many other family members and friends. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 2-4pm with a funeral service at 3:30pm in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St, Wakefield. A celebration of life will follow from 4-7pm in Laurel Lane Country Club, 309 Laurel Lane, West Kingston.
