Christine J. Feeley

Christine J. Feeley, 79, of Narragansett, died Friday. She was the beloved wife of John Feeley for 55 years. Born in Rehobeth, MA, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Magdalena (Mello) Souza. She will be remembered as being a devoted mother and grandmother. Besides her husband she is survived by three children, Linda Redmond and her husband Timothy of Wakefield, Michael Feeley of Houston, Texas, and Barbara DiClemente and her husband Warren of Narragansett; seven grandchildren, Nicole Guilbert, Neil Redmond, Kevin Redmond, Ashley DiClemente, Christopher DiClemente, Lauren Feeley and Michael Feeley; and a sister, Joan Wiggin of West Warwick. She was the sister of the late Joseph Souza, George Souza and Madeline Quigley. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10 AM at the Peace Dale Congregational Church, 261 Columbia Street, Peace Dale. Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
