Christina Cutting

Christina Cutting, 72, of Narragansett, passed away Friday, May 9, 2014 at home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Wayne G. Cutting for fifty three years. Born in Wakefield, she was the daughter of the late T. Morgan and Marion (Hannaway) Garrett. Mrs. Cutting was a member of the Daughters of Isabella-Anna C. Walsh Circle. She was the mother of Kathleen Melton Hannaway of Narragansett, Elizabeth A. Kearns and her husband Stephen of Wakefield, Jennifer L. Mitchell and her husband Stephen of Wakefield, Natalie Mello of Riverside and the late Karen A. Cutting; sister of Margaret Franco of Wakefield and the late Thomas M. and George M. Garrett; grandmother of ten grandchildren and great grandmother of one grandchild. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High St., Wakefield. Burial will be private. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-6 p.m. in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.
