Charles J. Lavimodiere

Charles J. Lavimodiere, 79, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014. He was the husband of Marie (Cooney) Lavimodiere. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Theodore and Dora Lavimodiere. Mr. Lavimodiere worked for the Town of Narragansett for many years before retiring in 2004. He enjoyed boating, fishing and spending time with his family. He was the father of Arlene Lavimodiere, Charles Lavimodiere Jr. and his wife Theresa, Donna, Michael, Joseph, and Joyce Lavimodiere and grandfather of six grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Friday 4-7 p.m.
