Cathleen E. Maclaughlin

Cathleen E. (Davis) MacLaughlin, 67, of Samuel Rodman St., Wakefield, died Thursday at South County Hospital. She was the beloved wife of William C. MacLaughlin for forty-seven years. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Dorothy (Roach) Davis. Cathleen worked as a receptionist for Dr. Allen Burko in Acton, MA for five years. She was a graduate of South Kingstown High School. Cathleen was a master of needlepoint and enjoyed the Narragansett ocean with her husband Bill. She was the mother of Elizabeth P. Carter of Lowell, MA; sister of Ted, Jeff, Mark, Edwina Davis and the late Peter Davis. Services will be private.
