Carol Ann Noka

December 13, 1942 — March 13, 2017

Carol Ann Noka, 74, of Charlestown, passed away Monday, March 13th. It was her wedding anniversary to her beloved late husband, Russell Noka. Born in Norwich, CT, she was a daughter of the late Harry Hazard and Mabel (Simons) Stone. Mrs. Noka was employed by Leviton Manufacturing for 33 years, retiring in 2005. She was a member of the Pequot Indian Tribe. She is survived by three daughters, April Noka-Cook and her husband Joseph Cook of Charlestown, Donna Noka and Rashell Noka, both of Peace Dale a brother, Jeff Stone of Norwich, C; and five grandchildren, Teiara Perry, Vanessa Gilbert, Cieara Noka, Kiona Noka, and Isaac Noka. She was the mother of the late Bruce Noka and Lorraine Noka. Visiting hours will be at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Friday 1-2 pm, followed by a funeral service at 2 pm. Burial will be private.
