Carol Ann Meenan

Carol A. Meenan (Bonin), 67, of Hopkinton passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Alfred B. and Beatrice (Roy) Bonin. Ms. Meenan was a payroll secretary for the Town of South Kingstown for 28 years before retiring. She was a former member of the St. Francis Church Women’s Club; a member of the choir at St. Francis Church; a volunteer for the food pantry at St. James Church, Charlestown and enjoyed making latch-hook rugs. She is survived by her son, John J. Meenan, III of Sault Ste. Marie, MI; a daughter, Laurie A. Meenan of Attleboro, MA; two sisters, Viola B. Card of Wakefield and Alice L. Carsten of Chesterfield, NH and three grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at 10 AM in St. Joseph Church, 1105 Main St., Hope Valley. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
