Brian Andrew Till February 12, 1963 to May 25, 2018 Brian, from Jerusalem, RI, was raised in Natick, MA, the "Home of Champions," and attended Providence College where he played Division 1 hockey. He is the definition of our core family motto "It is what it is." Having built a life that embraced travel, friends, family, and a true home that was the foundation for a fulfilling life. So much so, when recently asked by his daughter what was left on his bucket list he said he had done all he wanted to do. Brians strength of personality, refusal to mince words or tamper his true thoughts and feelings has helped build a life full of only the best of people (excellent filter system). To be part of this special circle of dedicated and diverse group of friends (and family), you need to embrace directness, challenges and a PBR on the deck listening to southern rock and looking out at the marsh while a nice piece of meat is being perfectly timed on the grill (and no one better interrupt this pure pleasure with inane conversation, phones or barking dogs). His intense moral fiber and unique sense of humor have often combined into one short remark that captures the essence of the moment perfectly. His two daughters, Kendal and Kylie (named "before the Kardashians") reflect all his strengths in the very best of ways and are his most precious and proudest accomplishment and legacy. Brian would not like flowers (he told his wife Melissa on one of their first dates that he "did not believe in them or PDA"), but would appreciate contributions for a cure for either colon cancer or ataxia. To donate to colon cancer visit: donate.cancer.org or to donate to ataxia visit: ataxiamjd.org Per his wishes, there will be no formal services but instead a memorial to celebrate his life on June 9th from 1:00PM - 5:00PM at 455 Congdon Drive, Wakefield, RI 02879.
