Azalea L Fry

Azalea L. Fry, 85, of South Kingstown, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017. She was the wife of the late Cornelius G. Fry, Jr. Born in Exeter, daughter of the late Warren and Olive Hazard. Azalea was a licensed Day Care Mother. She was a member of the Church of God and was a part of their Faithful Workers. She loved to cook, bake, and spend time with her family. She is survived by her children Carlton S. Fry of Providence, Elaine Ann Monroe of Narragansett, Angela E. Fry of North Kingstown, and Kathleen O. Fry of Warwick; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings Benjamin Hazard, Geraldine Hazard, Dora Watkins, Vina Fry, Mary Hazard and Leona Hazard. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 9:30 am in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, RI, 02879 with a burial to follow in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Department, 30 East 33rd St. New York, NY 10016.
