Arlette H. Rotter

Arlette H. Rotter, 82, of Charlestown, passed away Monday. She is survived by four children, JoAnn Barbera, Marie DeSpirito, Stanley Rotter, and Christian Rotter; two grandchildren, Katy Roberts and Joseph DeSpirito; and a great-grandson, Grayson Roberts. She was the grandmother of the late Kimberly Barbera. Funeral services are private.
