Anne F. Walmsley

Anne F. Walmsley, 87, of Warwick, passed away Friday June 2, 2017. She was the wife of the late William E. Walmsley Sr. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Arthur A. Perry Sr. and Pearl V. (Waite) Perry. Mrs. Walmsley worked as a technician at Rhode Island Hospital for 19 years before retiring. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and the Narragansett Indian Tribe. She enjoyed cooking and reading and spending time with her loving family. She was the loving mother of William E. Walmsley Jr. of Warwick and the late Joyce Anne Gunn; loving grandmother to five and loving great grandmother to seven. She was sister of the late James G. Perry, Arthur A. Perry Jr. and Lawrence E. Perry. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Wednesday, June 7th at 11:00 a.m. in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
