Anna B. San Souci

ANNA (BARRY) San Souci - Anne, 85, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Wilfred T. San Souci. Anne was the mother of three daughters- Beth (Brian) Kavanagh of Wakefield, Patrice (Kevin) Kane of Warwick, and Leah San Souci of Newton, MA. She was the proud grandmother of three granddaughters, who affectionately called her Nan- Morgan Kane, Erin Kane, and Tory Kavanagh. Born in Providence, Anne was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Toher) Barry. She is also survived by her sister Margaret (Marge) Cotter of South Kingstown and her six Cotter nephews. Anne was predeceased by her sister Elizabeth (Betty) Barry. Anne was a Cadet Nurse and graduate of Roger Williams Hospital School of Nursing. She was a Narragansett resident for 40 years before moving to Brightview Commons in 2011. Anne had a special devotion to the Blessed Mother; she loved spending time at Narragansett Beach and was an avid reader. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland Street, Narragansett, RI on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 10AM.
