Alice M. Wilkinson

Alice M. Wilkinson, 80, of West Kingston, died Tuesday. She was the wife of the late Russell M. Wilkinson. Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Perry S. and Mary (Kinnecome) Arnold. Mrs. Wilkinson had lived in the Rangeley/Stratton Maine area for 20 years, before returning to RI in 1999. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing. She is survived by two sons and their spouses; Russell and Kelley Wilkinson of West Kingston and Douglas and Linda Wilkinson of Charlestown; two sisters, Janice Dimon and Mary Peno, both of Wakefield, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Chris Wilkinson of Peace Dale. She was the mother of the late Robert and David Wilkinson. Visiting hours will be at the AVERY-STORTI Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Friday 5-7 PM followed by a funeral service at 7 PM. There will also be a funeral 10 AM Monday in the Calvary Bible Church, 37 Park Street, Stratton, Maine. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Rangeley, Maine in the spring.
