Alice Lillian Dinonsie

Alice L. Dinonsie, 95, of South Kingstown, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 28th. Born in South Kingstown to her loving parents, the late Harold and Mabel (Leblanc) Gould. She was the devoted wife of Pasquale Dinonse for 40 before his passing in 1986.

Alice always enjoyed cooking her many recipes for her kids, reading many Novels, and attending her son's athletic events. She was a dedicated Red Sox enthusiast and loved watching major league baseball games. Alice was employed at South County Hospital in the business office for many years before retiring at age 69. After retirement, she spent her remaining years with her sons and granddaughter Crystal Savastano.

She is survived by her three children, Pat, David , and Chris Dinonsie. Pat is a retired police officer and David was employed at the family package store "Patsy's Package Store", named after the late Pasquale Alfred Dinonsie in the 1930's before retiring. A business which was family held for nearly a 100 years. Chris is presently employed for General Dynamics (electric Boat) and works as an Instructor for the facility. Alice is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Crystal Savastano and Paul Dinonsie and 3 great grandchildren, Morrison, Cohen and Alaskha.
