Albert A. Waite

Albert A. Waite, 61, of Peace Dale, passed away Saturday, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Rose M. (Whitford) Waite. Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late Edward and Mabel (Hill) Waite. Besides his wife he is survived by three daughters, Regina Whitmire, Katrina Bennett, and Tiffany Whitford; three grandchildren, Keisha Whitmire, Thomas Whitford, and Mekhi Wilson; five brothers, Steven Robinson of North Kingstown, Thomas Hill of Westerly, Richard Hill of Bradford, Raymond Hill of Providence, and Albert Jordan of Providence; as well as a host of extended family and friends. He was the brother of the late Robert Hill, Kenneth Hill, and Gloria Smith. Visiting hours are Tuesday, April14 at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, 11-12 noon, followed by a funeral service at 12 noon. Burial will follow in New Fernwood Cemetery, Kingston.
