Albert S. Mazza

Albert S. Mazza, of Wakefield, passed away September 13, 2011. He was the loving companion of Gloria McElroy for many years and was the husband of the late Josephine (Pisacreta) Mazza. Born in New York City on November 23, 1923, he was a son of the late Placido and Cesira (Passarella) Mazza. Mr. Mazza was the owner of Albert Mazza General Contracting and Landscaping, Inc. in Westchester County, NY, until his retirement. He had served in the 357th Infantry for the Army of the United States during WW II. Besides his companion, he is survived by two children, Albert J. Mazza and Laura Marchisio; four granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter. He was the brother of the late Augustina Parry, Gloria Daly and his twin Alfred Mazza. Funeral services will be private.
