Adam D. Roman, Jr. 84, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. He was the loving husband of Gloria (Tudisco) Roman. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Adam Roman, and Madeline (Weber) Roman.

Adam dedicated 40 years of service to the New York Telephone Company, now known as Verizon, before retiring. He also proudly served his country as a U.S. Army veteran.

Besides his wife, Gloria, he is survived by his son, Matthew Roman and his wife Heather, two grandchildren, Alec Roman and Sophia Roman, a sister, Madeline (Roman) Thumudo and a sister-in-law, Eleanor Coppola, and three nieces and two nephews.

Vistiation for Adam will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11 AM in St. James Chapel, 2079 Matunuck School House Rd, Charlestown, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 AM in the church. Burial with military honors will take place in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale.
