Marjorie Lillian Kennedy, 62, of York, South Carolina, formerly of Narragansett, RI, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 9, 2021 in South Carolina. She was the loving wife of Steven E. Kennedy. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of Lucille M. (Reiber) O’Dowd and the late Raymond O’Dowd. Marjorie worked as a Banking Business Analyst for Wells Fargo. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by a step son, Eric and his wife Tasi and their children, Tano and Dylan. Margie's ten brothers and sisters Mary Lynn O’Dowd, Michael O’Dowd, William O’Dowd, Patricia DelCalzo, Kathleen LaBier, Jean Garofano, Daniel O’Dowd , Colleen Hammond, Laurie McConnell, and Christine O'Dowd were blessed to call her sister. Visitation will be Friday, September 17, 2021 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield, RI followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland St., Narragansett, RI.
